1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping is $16 for all domestic deliveries via standard courier. Upon entering your delivery details at checkout, we will auto calculate and apply the delivery charges. FREE shipping applies to all orders above $750. 

Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Orders are not shipped on holidays.

Overnight Shipping is currently not available

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A.

2. Processing Time

Accessories, Ready to Ship Wigs have an estimated 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS processing window.

Wig Services have an estimated 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS processing and completion window. Processing time begins the following business day your hair is delivered to us.

Bundles, Clip-ins, Tape-ins, Closures, Frontals, Ponytails Other Hair Types have an estimated 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS processing and completion window. 

Custom Wigs and Medical Wigs have an estimated 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS processing and completion window. 

Business days include M-F and exclude weekends, holidays, and announced out-of-office days,  

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped upon confirmation of payment. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

The standard delivery time frame is approximately 3-5 business days, and express delivery is approximately 1-2 business days from the time your payment is processed.

Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the delivery company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
